Pasifika Home Care

1. Introduction
Welcome to Pasifika Home Care. We provide professional, compassionate home care services across California. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
Pasifika Home Care offers non-medical home care, including but not limited to:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Medication reminders (non-administration)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship and social engagement
- Light housekeeping and errands
3. Eligibility
To receive services, clients must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian
- Provide accurate health and care needs information
- Abide by all agreements regarding service plans and payments

4. Service Agreements & Payments
- Care plans are customized and outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
- Fees are disclosed upfront, with no hidden charges.
- Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Caregiver Assignments & Changes
- We match caregivers based on clients’ needs and preferences.
- If a caregiver needs to be replaced, we ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

6. Client Rights & Responsibilities
Clients have the right to:
- Receive respectful and dignified care
- Express concerns about services
- Request adjustments to care plans

Clients are responsible for:
- Providing a safe working environment for caregivers
- Notifying Pasifika Home Care of any changes in health or care needs
- Complying with financial agreements

7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We prioritize client privacy. Personal information is protected and used only for service delivery, in accordance with California privacy laws.

8. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated due to:
- Non-payment for services
- Violation of agreements affecting caregiver safety
- Changes in care needs beyond Pasifika Home Care’s scope

9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide exceptional care, Pasifika Home Care is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or conditions outside our scope of service.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with California state regulations.

11. Updates to Terms
Pasifika Home Care reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. Clients will be informed of any material changes.
